Understanding FAR PART 117 – A Generic Interpretation

The intention of this site is to gather information, so the part 121 carriers conducting operations under part 117 have a reference point towards the safe application of the regulations.

Readers are encouraged to:

  • Add any questions should any information be unclear
  • Point out problems with interpretations being presented
  • Advise of any missing information
