  1. They seemed to have skipped the area concerning cumulative FT/FDP time actually be a scheduled limitation, how did the FAA overreach on that one? There will be crews stranded all over the place.

    They also had no comment on how a crewmember can actually be delayed to work into 8th day of flight duty.
